Summer 2020 Off-Season Training Schedule
Strength, Speed, Agility & Conditioning

Disclaimer for the Weight Room Sessions: This is for strength, agility & conditioning instruction only and not sports specific training. Any athlete from any sport may attend any of the sessions. Because our training room is space limited we have suggested the groupings so we can maintain smaller groups for safety concerns.

Volleyball Athletes
At home workout plan starts June 8th ending July 31st

Cross Country Athletes
Starting June 9th: Tuesday & Thursday
Boys - 8:00 am 
Girls - 8:30 am 
Athletes will be working out at the Track and will do the Mile Stands workout.

Lacrosse Athletes

Workout schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 am to 10:30 am
Athletes will be working out at the Lacrosse Field.
**NOTE: Athletes will need to enter through the gym complex.
Weight Room: none


Basketball Athletes 
Workout schedule: 
Tuesday & Thursday 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
Open Gym: TBD

Soccer Athletes
