Strength, Speed, Agility & Conditioning

Disclaimer for the Weight Room Sessions: This is for strength, agility & conditioning instruction only and not sports specific training. Any athlete from any sport may attend any of the sessions. Because our training room is space limited we have suggested the groupings so we can maintain smaller groups for safety concerns.

Volleyball & Softball Athletes
Weight Room Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am to 10:00am
Open Gym (in Aux. Gym) Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am to 11:00am

Track & Cross Country Athletes
Weight Room Hours: none

Cross Country Athletes
Starting June 11th - Tuesday & Thursday @ 8:00 am - 9:00am.
All Middle School runners and Girl High School runner will run (2) mile stands with a 15 minute rest between each mile stand. High School Boys (2) 2 mile stands with a 20 minute rest between each 2 mile stands.

Pole Vault
Starting June 10th @ 8:00 am - 9:00am.
Every Monday & Wednesday

Lacrosse Athletes
June 10 - July 31
For incoming 9th - 12th grade boys
Weight Room: Monday & Wednesday 10 AM - 12 noon

Basketball Athletes 
June 11 - July 30
For incoming 9th - 12th grade boys
Weight Room: Tuesday & Thursday 12 PM - 2 PM 

Soccer Athletes
No weight room hours. No training sessions.
