Disclaimer for the Weight Room Sessions: This is for strength, agility & conditioning instruction only and not sports specific training. Any athlete from any sport may attend.
We are offering an Summer Strength & Conditioning program run by certified trainer/strength and conditioning coach. This is open to all incoming 7th to 12th grade athletes. The cost is $50.00 - includes all five weeks.
This 5 week program will run Monday-Thursday. We will have a morning session and an evening session, each session will be 2 hours. Athletes may only attend one session per day. Before or after a session you can participate in a 1 hour sports specific workout, if available (please see Sport Specific Skills Development under the 'Camps' tab).

We will accept Checks (made out to Orenda Education) or Cash (no credit cards accepted).
